Prof. Husnu Caglar, MD

He was graduated from Odemis High School in 1968. He entered Ege University Faculty of Medicine in the same year and graduated as a doctor in 1974. He started his specialty in Ege University Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic in 1974.

During his 3-month residency training, he left the clinic to do his military service. At the end of his military service, he returned to the same clinic and became a gynecologist and obstetrician in 1980.

He worked as a chief intern in Ege University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

He started to work as a chief intern in Ataturk Training and Research Hospital in 1980. He continued to work as a chief intern for 4 years and as chief subsidiary officer for 14 years.

He was interested in Laparoscopic Surgery in Ataturk Training and Research Hospital where he worked for 18 years, and established a family planning clinic. He also started to perform Oncological surgery. He received the title of associate professor in 1991.

In 1998, he was appointed as a professor at Celal Bayar University to perform Oncological Surgery.

For 8 years, he became;

Director of the Health College,

Director of the Health High School,

Assistant to Rector,

Vice Rector,

Head of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in Celal Bayar University,

Head of the Department of Surgical Sciences in Celal Bayar University. He prepared many national and international publications throughout these years. He attended many congresses as a speaker. Again during all these years, he made great contributions to train many gynecologists and obstetricians. In 1992, he made a great contribution to the establishment of Private Cinarli Hospital and served as its chairman of the executive board. In 1995, he found Kadomer Gynecology and Obstetrics clinic together with Surgeon Hatice Aktan. He has been actively working at Kadomer Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic since 1995. In recent years, he has also been involved in complementary medicine and ozone therapy. He had advanced level training in complementary medicine and ozone therapy and has been working as an expert in this field. He is married and has two sons.
